UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪和尿干化学分析仪与显微镜检查在尿路感染中应用评价

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the application value of UF-1000i urine dreg analyzer, urine dry chemical analyzer and microscope examination in the urinary tract infections. Methods Middle urine samples were collected by sterile containers, to do urine dreg analysis, dry chemicalanalysis and microscope examination respectively,and urine bacterial cultures simultaneously. Results UF-1000i had higher sensitivity (82.6%)in checking leukocytes and bacterium, but the false-positive rate was very high( 29.7% ); Dry chemical detecting NIT, LEU in diagnosis of urinary tract infections had higher false negative rate( 28.2% ),but had high specificity( 92.9% ); microscope checking sensitivity was low( 56.5% ). Conclusion The three inspection methods have pros and cons respectively, however, the positive specimen alarm system established by the three methods jointly to screen the specimens with negative results can reduce the inefficiencies.%目的 探讨应用UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪、尿干化学分析仪与显微镜检查在尿路感染中的临床应用价值.方法 用无菌容器收集中段尿标本,分别作尿沉渣分析、干化学分析与显微镜检查,同时作尿细菌培养.结果 UF-1000i检查白细胞、细菌有较高的敏感性(82.6%),但是假阳性率非常高(29.7%);干化学检测亚硝酸盐、白细胞酯酶在诊断尿路感染中有较高的假阴性率(28.2%),但有较高的特异性(92.9%);显微镜检查灵敏度较低(56.5%).结论 三种检验方法均有优点和局限性,但三种方法联合建立阳性标本报警系统,对检验结果阴性的标本进行筛检可减少无效劳动.
