OCT测量脉络膜厚度在眼科疾病诊疗中的应用

         

摘要

目前, 光学相干断层扫描 (OCT) 仪已成为眼科临床不可缺少的检测设备, 主要应用于视网膜及黄斑部疾病的诊断及治疗后随访观察, 并可对视网膜各层进行准确测量.增强深部成像光学相干断层扫描 (EDI-OCT) 是在OCT基础上进行的增强扫描, 其能对脉络膜活体显像, 从而清晰地显示全层脉络膜结构并对其厚度进行定量检测.脉络膜厚度变化与很多眼科疾病的发病机制相关, 如中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、特发性黄斑裂孔、息肉状脉络膜血管病变等.未来, 应用EDI-OCT观察各治疗方法对脉络膜厚度的影响, 将为更多眼科疾病提供治疗依据.%At present, optical coherence tomography (OCT) has become an indispensable diagnostic equipment for ophthalmology. It is mainly used in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal and macular diseases, and can be used for accurate measurement of all layers of retina. Enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography (EDI-OCT) is an enhanced scanning based on OCT, which can visualize choroid in vivo, so as to clearly display the whole choroid structure and quantitatively detect its thickness. The change of the choroidal thickness is related to the pathophysiological process of some eye diseases, such as central serous chorioretinopathy, idiopathic macular hole, polypoid choroidal vascular disease and so on. In the future, using EDI-OCT to observe the effect of different treatment methods on choroidal thickness will provide basis for the treatment of more ophthalmic diseases.
