从伦理道德角度浅析医患沟通困境及对策

         

摘要

Today, doctor-patient relationship is becoming increasingly tense, and doctor-patient dispute has been continuously explored. According to the survey, poor doctor-patient communication is the main cause of the deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship and frequently happened doctor-patient disputes. From the per-spective of ethics, the medical staff and patients' own ethical and moral deficiencies and crisis of confidence be-tween them is the main reason for the plight, and other factors, such as uneven distribution of resources and false news media reports, etc., contributed to the doctor-patient contradiction as well. Consequently, effective ways to overcome doctor-patient communication plight may be as follows: further deepening the reform of medical system, strengthening medical ethics education on both sides, fully and correctly guiding public opinion, etc..%从迄今已有的关于医患纠纷的调查结果中可知,医患沟通不畅是导致医患关系恶化、医患纠纷频出的主要原因;而从伦理道德角度分析,医务人员与患者这两大主体自身的伦理道德素养水平不足以及两者间的信任危机,是导致医患沟通陷入困境的主要原因;此外,资源分配不均、新闻媒体报道不实等其他因素,也加剧了医患矛盾。鉴此,进一步深化医疗体制改革,加强医患双方的伦理道德教育,正确充分地对社会舆论进行引导,或许是解决医患沟通困境的有效途径。
