学制改革前后上海市某高校卫生事业管理专业培养方案比较

         

摘要

比较上海市某高校卫生事业管理专业学制从五年制调整为四年制前后的变化,分析课程设置上存在的主要问题包括培养目标未体现专业特色、无法满足社会需求;课程设置忽视课程间逻辑关系、课程调整欠合理,导致专业学习难度加大、学生认同度下降.建议围绕社会和时代需求优化培养目标,遵循专业特点和学习规律优化课程设置,建立培养方案-教材建设-课程教学-就业反馈的联动机制.%The main problems and reasons of curriculum setup were analyzed by comparing the change of academic structure system of health management specialty of a university in Shanghai from five years to four years.We pointed out the main problems of current curriculum,for example,the training goals do not reflect the professional characteristics and meet the needs of the society,the curriculum setup ignores the logical relationship among courses and adjustments of curriculum were unreasonable leading to greater difficulty in professional learning and a decline in identity.We should optimize the training objectives around the needs of society and the times,optimize curriculum settings according to professional characteristics and learning rules,and establish a linkage mechanism of training plan,teaching material construction,curriculum teaching and employment feedback.
