Objective:To study the status quo of the hospitalized elderly patients with frailty syndrome and the degree of care dependence,and to explore the correlation between them in order to provide reference for delaying the frailty syndrome and improving the self-care ability of the elderly.Methods: 306 hospitalized aged people from three hospitals in Quzhou area were selected by convenience sampling as the research subjects.We collected the basic situation of the elderly by using self-designed questionnaire.Usingthe care dependency scale(CDS)developed by the Holland geriatrics expert Ate Dijkstra to evaluate the care dependence.Results:The frailty syndrome incidence rate ofthe 306 hospitalized elderly patients was 19.66％,and the pre-frailty syndrome incidence rate was 50.65％.There were significant differences in the incidence of frailty syndrome among the elderly hospitalized patients with different ages and different levels of education(P<0.05).The average score of the CDS was(57.53±9.78)points.There were significant differences in the physiological function dimension,psychological and social function dimensions and CDS total score of the elderly patients with different frailty status(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a higher incidence of frailty syndrome in the elderly patients.The frail elderly people has a higher care dependence.Clinical staff should strengthen the frailty evaluation and management,in order to delay the weak progress and reduce the level ofcare dependency of the elderly patients.%目的:研究老年住院患者衰弱综合征及对照护的依赖程度,并探讨两者之间的相关性,为延缓衰弱进展,提高老年人自理能力提供参考.方法:便利抽取衢州地区三家医院306例老年科住院患者作为研究对象.进行自编问卷调查和照护依赖量表(Care Depedency Scale,CDS)评估照护对象依赖程度.结果:306名老年人衰弱综合征的发生率为19.66％,衰弱前期发生率为50.65％;不同年龄段和不同文化程度老年人衰弱综合征发生率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同衰弱状态住院老年人生理功能维度、心理-社会功能维度及CDS总分得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:老年人衰弱综合征发生率较高,衰弱老年人具有较高的照护依赖程度,临床医护人员应加强衰弱评估与管理,延缓衰弱进展,降低老年人照护依赖程度.
