Objective:To comprehend the awareness of medical dispute and the demand of medical dispute prevention educa-tion among the medical school undergraduates, and provide reference for medical dispute prevention education.Methods:The un-dergraduates selected by random sampling were investigated using self-made questionnaire.Results:2.3%medical undergraduates had a poor cognition of medical dispute, 79.7%thought that the main reason causing medical dispute was doctor-patient communi-cation, 5.9%thought that the high school should develop medical dispute education , 92.9%thought that it was necessary to set up medical dispute prevention courses.There was no statistically significant difference on how well the undergraduates from different school knew the medical dispute(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences on the total cognition of doctor-patient re-lationship,the content of medical dispute prevention courses that students hoped to set up , and the situation that high school devel-oped medical dispute education ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:To strengthen the students'medical dispute prevention education is practi-cal significant for building harmonious doctor-patient relationship .%目的:了解本科在校医学生对医疗纠纷的认知现状及对医疗纠纷防范教育的需求,为开展医学生医疗纠纷防范教育提供参考.方法:采用随机抽样的方法,对在校医学生进行自编问卷调查.结果:医学生对医疗纠纷很了解者只有2.3%,79.7%的认为产生医疗纠纷的主要原因是医患沟通不畅,5.9%的认为高校应经常开展医疗纠纷教育,92.9%的认为有必要开设医疗纠纷防范课程,不同学校的医学生对医疗纠纷了解程度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对医患关系的总体认识、希望开设医疗纠纷防范课程及开展医疗纠纷教育的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加强医学生医疗纠纷防范教育对于构建和谐医患关系具有现实意义.
