目的:研究社区慢性病患者社会支持状况对健康管理效果的影响.方法:采用修改的Flynn意见领袖问卷,运用分阶段整群随机抽样的方法选取武汉市3个社区服务站的229名慢性病患者,进行一对一入户问卷调查,主要采用描述性统计,得分资料采用Kruskal-Wails H秩和检验进行组间比较,相关性分析采用Spearson相关分析.结果:健康管理自我效能(χ2=8.96,P=0.03)在不同社会支持程度中具有差别,而在健康管理能力(χ2=7.02,P=0.07)和健康管理影响力(χ2=0.07,P=0.15)两个维度中没有差别.有社会支持来源的慢性病患者具有较强的健康管理能力、健康管理影响力.结论:有无社会支持来源对慢性病患者的健康管理效果具有重要意义.来源于社区医生的社会支持发挥了重要作用,但来源于社区病友、患者家人及社区其他人员的社会支持也越来越发挥重要的作用.%Objective: To study the effects of social support on community health support and the impact of social support on health management.Methods:229 chronic disease patients were selected by using the modified Flynn Opinion Leader Question-naire randomly from three community service stations in Wuhan.A one-to-one household survey was conducted.The descriptive statistics were mainly used.Kruskal-Wails H rank sum test was performed between groups , and correlation analysis was performed using Spearson correlation analysis.Results:Health management self-efficacy (χ2=8.96, P=0.03) was different in different so-cial support levels, but there was no difference between health management ability (χ2=7.02, P=0.07) and health management influence (χ2=0.07, P=0.15) .The chronic disease patients with social support sources had more strong health management ability and health management influence.Conclusion:Whether there is social support source is of great significance to the health manage-ment of chronic disease patients.Social support from community doctors has played an important role , but social support from com-munity patients, patients' family members and other community members also plays an increasingly important role .
