Objective: To evaluate and analyze the teaching effect in radiology of the course integration.Method: Comparing the score of theory test and practice between the group A and B, while group A is the students in sino-German experimental classes, and group B is the students in the five-year clinical medicine classes.And every student in sino-german experimental classes and the eight-year clinical medi-cine classes answered the questionnaire survey.Results:The score of theory test and practice in group A was higher than group B.Group B hade more students scoring more than 90 in theory test, while group A had more students scoring more than 90 in practice test.Questionnaire survey showed that students were generally satisfied with the teaching effect in radiology of the course integration.Conclusions:The integration and ad-vance of radiology should be strengthened in the teaching mode to improve students'ability and study interest.%目的:探讨医学影像学在以系统为中心的医学整合课程中的教学效果. 方法: 分析实验组中的中德实验班与对照组的理论考试成绩及实习考试成绩,以获取客观评价指标. 同时,采用间接询问调查法对实验组进行问卷调查,以获取主观评价指标. 结果:实验组的理论及实习成绩的总平均成绩均高于对照组. 在以分数区间分布为指标进行研究时,理论成绩90分以上的学生比例,对照组明显高于实验组;而在实习成绩分数区间的分析中,90分以上的学生比例,实验组明显高于对照组.对于目前整合课程中的医学影像学的教学效果,学生基本满意. 结论:应加强凸显医学影像学整体性和技术先进性的教学模式的构建,培养学生的能力与学习兴趣.
