目前我国医院药物临床试验中存在许多问题,包括GCP知识理解欠缺,药品管理不规范,辅助科室配合不善,实验人员和经费不足,限项情况严重及审批速度慢等.医院需加强培训,规范试验药物的管理,加强辅助科室的协调,提高试验审批速度,提高研究人员劳务经费比例.%There are many problems about drug clinical trials of hospital recently, including lack of knowledge of GCP, unstandardized drug administration, bad cooperation of ancillary departments, lack of personnel and funding, serious experimental limit entry and slow approval of these objects, etc. The author believes that hospitals need to enhanced training to improve staff motivation, standardize the management of the trial drugs and strengthen the coordination of the ancillary departments, improve test approval rate, raise the proportion of funding for the researchers.
