民营医院中,既有管理严格、操作规范的医院,也存在过分追求经济利益的医院.民营医院对医疗行业的公益性会带来积极影响和消极影响,积极影响包括在一定程度上增加了医疗服务的可及性、对税收的贡献增加；消极影响包括医疗服务质量无法保证、信用缺失、举办公益性活动的目的不纯、不注重一些公益活动的开展.本文论述了这些影响,并提出相关建议.%Among the private hospitals, there are both hospitals with strict management and regulatory practices and hospitals with excessive pursuit of economic interests. The increasing of them will engender both the positive impacts and negative impacts to the public welfare of medical industry . The positive impacts include increasing of the availability of medical service to a certain extent, increasing of the contribution of tax. The negative impacts include problems of the medical service quality, credit loss, no pureness of the purpose of public welfare activity, not pay attention to some activities.This paper discusses these impacts and make relevant recommendations.
