医疗纠纷是指基于医疗行为,在医方(医疗机构)与患方(患者或者患者近亲属)之间产生的因医疗过错、违约而导致的医疗损害赔偿及医疗合同违约等纠纷.放射科作为医院的重要组成部分,是医院接待诊治患者的重要服务窗口,在接待患者的过程中,如果处理不及时或不恰当,均会引发医疗纠纷.本文就放射科产生的医疗纠纷的原因进行了阐述,并给出了防范措施如要重视医德教育,创造良好就医环境,遵守法律法规制度,加强医疗知识学习,掌握精湛医疗技术等,为有效防范放射科医疗纠纷的发生提出可行的意见.%Medical dispute is defined as a disagreement or controversy between patients or their families and medical institutions during medical treatment and nursing process which causes by adverse consequence or misunderstanding.
