Attention bias in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is the important issue in the cognitive research field. In this paper, based on the foreign researches, the author overviewed the selective attention bias currently, analyzed the experimental research paradigm on attention bias in OCD, such as Stroop Paradigm, Visual Probe Detection Task, Negative Priming Paradigm, Inhibition of Return, then put forward the directions of future research.%注意偏向是强迫症认知研究领域中的重要问题,文章通过对强迫症注意加工的相关研究,并结合强迫症个体对负性刺激注意偏向的研究进展情况,分析强迫症个体注意偏向的研究应用类型:Stroop方式、点探测方式、负启动方式、返回抑制方式.提出强迫症注意偏向研究的方向:关注强迫症抑制困难的潜在机制；注意偏向的特有程度；注意偏向训练对强迫症治疗的作用等方面.
