医患关系第三方管理研究

         

摘要

Objective: To understand the current situation of personnel allocation of assistive device institutions in Shanghai. Methods: A census was conducted to obtain the personnel allocation data from municipal, district and street level assistive institutions in 2010. Results: The medians of personnel of municipal, district and street level assistive institutions were respectively 10, 3 and 2; the ratio of personnel with professional background was low; the gap of personnel structures between urban districts and suburban districts were relatively small. Conclusion: It is urgent to expand human resource for assistive device institutions, and conduct on-job-training to improve personnel's professional skill during the "Twelfth Five-Year" period.%随着医疗纠纷数量的不断增加,医患矛盾更加尖锐,调解难度更大,原有的医疗纠纷调解方式已不能适应新形势的需要,新的医患关系第三方管理模式则能较好地适应新形势的需要.对医患关系第三方管理的产生,建立医患关系第三方管理的必要性以及第三方管理的主体这3个方面进行研究,为医患纠纷调解提供理论依据.
