小学教师职业倦怠与社会支持的关系研究

         

摘要

目的:了解小学教师职业倦怠状况及与社会支持的关系.方法:采用中小学教师职业倦怠问卷和社会支持量表,对271名小学教师进行问卷调查.结果:小学教师的职业倦怠总分及各维度超过中值,不同地区、教龄和周课时量的小学教师在职业倦怠总分及各维度上存在不同程度的显著性差异.除了小学教师的少成就感、去个人化维度与客观支持,去个人化与支持的利用度相关不显著外,职业倦怠各维度与社会支持各个维度均呈显著相关.结论:小学教师职业倦怠水平较高,社会应为教师提供有力的物质和精神支持.%Objective: To understand the situation of job bumout and the relationship between job bumout and social support of primary teachers.Methods: 271 primary school teachers were questioned by Teacher Job Bumout Questionnaire and the social support scale.Results :The scores of bumout total and three dimensions were in excess of the value.There were varying and significant difference on the total scores and various dimensions of burnout in different region, seniority and amount of weekly hours of teachers.In addition to that the low accomplishment, personal dimensions and objective support, personal dimensions and the utilization of support had no significant correlation, the various dimensions ofprofessional bumout and the social support were significantly correlated.Conclusions: The primary teachers' burnout level was higher.The community should provide strong material and spirit suppon.
