Objective: To investigate the difficulty of disease prevention and control work in country , in order to understand the priority of the current rural disease prevention and control , for policy decision service in the department of health.Methods: Using random sampling survey 1117 farmers of 19 counties in Henan province.The frenquency analysis and weighted frequency analysis were conduced with the research data.Results: The problems needing to solve are divided into 14 categories, the imponant problems: the govemment funding, strengthening disease preverntion work, education of disease prevention, the price of disease prevention;Secondary problems: strengthening the supervision, free to checkup etc; General problems: the rural environmental health problems, medical service quality problem etc.Conclusion; The govemment should give priority to fund shortage problem; Perfecting the supervision system of rural village doctors, and strengthening disease prevention work; Health education should be actived actively, and popularize knowledge of disease prevention in the future work.%目的:通过对农村居民在疾病预防控制中需要上级部门解决的困难的调查,了解当前农村疾病预防控制工作的重点,为卫生部门制定政策服务.方法:采用随机抽样法调查河南省19个县(市、区)1117名农村居民,对数据进行频数分析和加权频数分析.结果:农村居民提出的需要上级解决的问题分为14个类别,最重要的问题是:政府资金投入问题,加强预防工作问题,疾病预防健康教育问题,预防价格问题;次要问题有加强监管问题,免费体检问题,上级重视程度问题等;一般性问题有农村环境卫生问题,医疗服务质量问题等.结论:在今后的工作中政府应优先解决资金投入不足问题;完善村医监管体系,加强农村疾病预防工作:积极开展健康教育活动,普及疾病预防知识.
