文检课作为医学课程体系组成部分、肩负着培养医学生信息意识和信息管理能力的重任,应顺应医学发展,以体现课程特色,明确方法学的工具性和价值体现的间接性;升华课程目标以强化学科建设,要促进以精品课为目标的学科建设、以规划教材为龙头的多元发展、以信息技术为导引的快速反映、以用户需求为目标的多维拓展;树立育人理念以提升教学质量:要实现与医学专业知识的有机融合、强化融专业知识与现代教学技术于一体的教学设计、注重教学语言的锤炼以提升教学的艺术水平.%As an important part of medical class system, the medical literature class plays a vital role in cultivating the information conceptions and the information management abilty of medical students. It should conform to the development of medical sciences to embo(o)y the class charactoristics. The instrumentality of the methodology and indirection to embody valve should be clarified. The aim of class should be improved to stengthen the disciplinary development. The disciplinary development aiming at constructing the featured courses, the multiple career development taking the projected textbooks as leaders, the rapid reaction taking the information technique as guider and the multi-dimensional development aiming at meeting the requirements of the users should be promoted. The conception of cultivating students should be established to improve the quality of education. The seamless integration between the medical literatrue class and the medical professional knowledges should be realized, the instructional design integrating the professional knowledge with the modern instructional technology should be stengthened and the polishing on leaching language should be paied attention to increase the artistic level of class.
