地方高校公共事业管理专业毕业生就业难现象透视——教学改革的视角

         

摘要

At present,the graduates who studied the specialty of public affairs administration in local universities are facing extremely grim difficulty on obtaining employment.The talent cultivation orientation of the specialty of public affairs management in local universities did not highlight local characteristics,the curriculum can not effectively meet the needs of the market,the teaching reason of the teachers faculty is weak and the developing of practice teaching not be effective is undoubtedly one of the most important reasons.In order to promote the graduates who studied the specialty of public affairs management to obtain employment smoothly,the local universities should carry out a series of teaching reform: rationally orientate the talents training target,improve the curriculum setting of the specialty of public affairs management,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and strengthen practice teaching,etc..%目前,地方高校公共事业管理专业毕业生面临极其严峻的就业困难。研究发现,地方高校公共事业管理专业自身人才培养定位没有突出本土特色、课程设置不能有效满足市场需求、师资力量薄弱与实践教学环节开展不得力等教学因素是其毕业生就业难的最重要原因之一。为了促进公共事业管理专业毕业生顺利就业,地方高校应该推行一系列教学改革:合理定位人才培养目标、完善公共事业管理专业的课程设置、加强师资队伍建设与大力强化实践教学,等等。
