废弃手机线路板中含有重金属铅、镉、汞等有毒有害物质,处理不当会对环境和人体健康造成危害,但同时废弃手机线路板元器件中还含有丰富的有价金属元素.为回收废弃手机线路板元器件中的锡、铅,进行了碱性氧化浸出试验.结果表明,在氢氧化钠浓度为4 mol/L、间硝基苯磺酸钠浓度为11 g/L、浸出温度为80℃、浸出时间为60 min条件下,锡、铅浸出率分别达到99.51%和99.01%,其余主要金属浸出率均低于6%.%The waste mobile phone circuit board contained heavy metals such as lead,cadmium,mercury toxic and harm-ful substances,which will cause harm to environment and human health if it is not properly handled,but where is also abundant valuable metallic elements in waste mobile phone circuit board. To recovery Sn,Pb in waste mobile phone circuit board,alka-line oxidation leaching experiment was conducted. Results showed that with NaOH concentration of 4 mol/L,sodium 3-nitro-benzene sulfonate concentration of 11 g/L,leaching temperature is 80 ℃,leaching time is 60 min,leaching rate of Sn and Pb reached 99. 51%,99. 01%,the rest of the main metal leaching rate were lower than 6%.
