萤石、重晶石和方解石浮选分离抑制剂筛选

         

摘要

以萤石、重晶石、方解石纯矿物为研究对象,探究了抑制剂玉米糊精、柠檬酸、酸性水玻璃、单宁酸在油酸钠浮选体系中的浮选行为.结果表明:①柠檬酸和酸性水玻璃的抑制作用均具有选择性,柠檬酸对重晶石无抑制作用,对萤石、方解石有强烈的抑制作用;酸性水玻璃对方解石有强烈的抑制作用,但对萤石、重晶石无抑制作用.单宁酸和玉米糊精对萤石、重晶石、方解石有程度不同的抑制作用,单宁酸在用量较大情况下对萤石和方解石的抑制作用较强;玉米糊精对方解石的抑制作用较强.②浮选溶液化学及Zeta电位分析表明:柠檬酸和油酸在中性环境下均以离子形式存在,且在3种矿物表面存在竞争吸附;柠檬酸在3种矿物表面的吸附量的大小顺序为萤石>方解石>重晶石.因此,柠檬酸和酸性水玻璃可作为萤石、重晶石、方解石浮选分离的抑制剂.%The effects of corn dextrin,citric acid,acidic sodium silicate and tannic acid on the flotation behavior of fluo-rite,barite and calcite in sodium oleate flotation system were investigated by single mineral flotation test. The results show:①The inhibition of citric acid and acidic sodium silicate have selectivity. Citric acid has no inhibition on barite but has a strong inhibition on fluorite and calcite;acidic sodium silicate has a strong inhibition on calcite but has no inhibition on fluorite and barite. Tannic acid and corn dextrin have different inhibition on fluorite,barite and calcite. Tannic acid has an inhibition on flu-orite and calcite when the dosage is large;corn dextrin has an inhibition on calcite.②Citric acid and sodium oleate are in the form of ions in the neutral environment and they have competitive adsorption on the surface of the three minerals. The result is that the adsorption capacity of citric acid on the surface of the three minerals is fluorite> calcite> barite. Therefore,citric acid and acidic sodium silicate can be used as an inhibitor for flotation separation of fluorite,barite and calcite.
