尾矿坝渗流计算及排渗设计

         

摘要

The seepage stability is the important factor which impacts the safety and stability of the railings dam,and the position of the saturation line direcdy affects the safety and stability of the tailings dam.Taking the concrete tailings dam for example,and based on the measured data on drilling,the suitable calculation parameter and boundary condition are chosen to build a reasonable calculation model to analyze the seepage situation of the tailings dam when the drainage facility is normal or damaged.The conclusion is that the permeability of the primary dam has a close relationship with the seepage stability of the tailings dam.When the impermeable layer of the primary dam is blocked,the permeability at exit is reduced and the saturation line of the dam rises,and even the water may exude from the dam slope.The seepage scheme with the local horizontal holes can effectively reduce the saturation line and ensure the safety of the dam.%渗流稳定是影响尾矿坝安全稳定的重要因素,浸润线位置的高低直接关系到尾矿坝安全稳定.以具体尾矿坝为例,根据现场钻孔实测资料,选取合适的计算参数和边界条件,建立合理的计算模型,对排渗设施正常运营和发生破坏两种情况下的尾矿坝渗流情况进行计算分析,得出初期坝的透水性与尾矿坝渗流稳定关系密切,一旦初期坝的防渗层淤堵,出口处的渗透性降低,坝体的整体浸润线升高,甚至有可能在坝坡处出渗.采用局部水平孔排渗的方案,可以有效地起到排渗的作用,降低坝体的浸润线,保证坝体的安全.
