循环水上塔系统优化控制方法的应用

         

摘要

Targeting at the problem of high operation energy consumption of the circu-lating water pumping-onto-tower system at the No.7 blast furnace of Yonggang Group, the control method of the pumping onto the tower system was optimized based on actual produc-tion condition and from the aspects of the pumps combination, pipe network and cooling tower, which effectively reduced the operation energy consumption of the pumping up system and has been applied in all ironmaking circulating water systems of the company.%针对炼铁7#高炉循环水上塔系统存在运行能耗浪费的问题,结合实际生产情况,从循环水泵组、管网、冷却塔等方面入手,优化上塔系统的控制方法,有效降低上塔系统的运行能耗,并在永钢公司各炼铁循环水系统中得到推广应用。
