Through analysis of the existing process of converter gas recovery system of AnSteel, the authors mainly combed through the relationship between converter gas generation amount and consumption amount, analyzed whether the existing converter gas recovery capacity and delivery capacity of AnSteel was matched and found out the influencing factors restricting converter gas recovery, thus drew up ways and a plan to increase converter gas recovery, which had been gradually implemented and finally improved the recovery rate and further in-creased the recovery quantity of converter gas, achieving good economic and social effects.%通过分析鞍钢本部现有转炉煤气回收工艺设备情况,重点梳理转炉煤气发生量与使用量的关系,分析鞍钢现有转炉煤气的回收能力和输送能力是否匹配,找出影响制约转炉煤气回收的因素,从而制定出提高转炉煤气途径和规划,逐步实施,最后达到提高转炉煤气回收定额,进一步提高了转炉煤气回收量,从而取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益.
