针对武钢一炼钢连铸浊环水系统菌藻微生物滋生严重的状况,结合其工艺条件和水质特点提出了“热水池处以杀菌剥离为主、冷水池处以杀菌抑菌为主”的二次杀菌技术优化方案。新的杀菌优化方案实施后不仅有效控制了该连铸浊环水系统的菌藻微生物的大量繁殖和生物粘泥的滋生,并且每年可节约杀菌剂成本约26%,同时也切实减少了喷嘴堵塞率,平均每个检修周期内孔径仅为0.51mm喷嘴的堵塞率下降至2%以下。%The turbid circulating water system of continuous casting at the No.1 steelmaking plant of WISCO suffered serious propagating of bacteria and algae microorganisms. According to the process conditions and water quality characteristics, a secondary sterilizing technical optimization program of “sterilizing and removing in the hot water tank while sterilizing and bacteriostatic in the cold water tank”was put forward. Implementation of the new optimized program not only effectively controlled the massive propagation bacteria and algae microorganisms and slime growth in the turbid circulating water system, but also saved fungicide costs about 26% annually and moreover, it effectively reduced nozzle clogging rate, with the plugging rate of nozzles with an inner aperture as small as 0.51mm falling to less than 2% for each maintenance cycle on the average.
