The design and the implementation of production cost real-time control and management in multi-energy flow of Masteel’s heat power plant are discussed. In terms of production and cost plan of the plant, the real-time system is set up. The existing computer network and information management means are used to conduct real-time monitoring and to adjust production cost, which has achieve better benefits.% 就马钢热电总厂多能流下生产成本实时控制管理的设计和实施等进行了探讨，根据总厂级生产、成本计划，建立实时监控体系，利用现有的计算机网络和信息化管理手段，实时监控调整产量成本，取得了较好的效益。
