西河煤矿南轨道巷底鼓机理及控制技术研究

         

摘要

巷道底鼓是煤矿中一种常见的矿压显现,它严重影响了煤矿的安全生产,是煤矿开采中最难解决的问题之一。通过分析软岩巷道底鼓的影响因素,研究了西河煤矿南轨道巷的底板变形机理,发现其为膨胀和挤压挠曲型的复合式底鼓。为了能够有效地控制底鼓量,依据底鼓机理设计出加固方案,在最近的翻修工程中采用了新提出的包含底锚索、底反拱和两帮锚固复合支护技术的控制方法,并通过现场观测矿压数据证明了其可靠、合理。%Floor heave is a common ore mine in pressure behavior, which seriously affected the production of coal mine safety, coal mining is one of the most difficult problems to solve. In order to effectively control the amount of kick drum, kick drum mechanism design based reinforcement program, using a new proposed includes a bottom anchor, anchoring the bottom inverted arch and two control methods to help support technology complex in a recent renovation project, and mine pressure through field observation data to prove its reliability and reasonable.
