A study of dual redundant brushless DC motor in electric aircraft braking system was given. Based on Ansoft, the motor magnetic circuit was analyzed. The structure parameters were optimized. With the mathematical model of brushless DC motor, the simulation performance was shown. The key technologies of Commutation were analyzed. As shown of experiment, the design is reasonable and correct.
