现场混装车载乳胶基质性能初探

         

摘要

制备了乳胶基质,并参照联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书:试验标准手册》的相关要求,进行了模拟通风管试验,考察其性能.结果表明,包装型乳胶基质在受热情况下,发生爆炸;地面站制备的乳胶基质若含水量高,基质在受热情况下会发生爆炸;含水量为15%~ 18%时,基质受热未发生燃料爆燃转爆轰(DDT)过程.%A simulated ventilation pipe test was conducted for the prepared polymer matrix to examine its performance,based on the relative requirement in Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods:Manual of Tests and Criteria.The result shows that the packaged emulsion matrix tends to explode when heated; the emulsion matrix prepared at ground station,if with high-content of water,will explode when heated,while no deflagration-to-detonation transition(DDT) will be occurred in matrix with water content of 15% ~ 18%.
