几种铸造铝合金的铸造性能、力学性能及耐蚀性

         

摘要

Casting mechanical properties and corrosion behaviour of Al-7.1S i-0.3Mg (A), Al-6.5Mg-0.8Ti (B), Al-8.58Mg-1.4Zn-0.07Ti (C), Al-10 .9Mg -0.09Ti (D), Al-2.5Si-2.1Mg-0.8Mn-0.2Cr (E) were investigated. The res ults indicate that these Al alloys had good mechanical characteristics. The alloy A had excellent casting properties whilst poor in corrosion-resistance. The alloy s B, C, D exhibited a high corrosion-resistance but inferior in casting propert ies and SCC. The alloy E showed outstanding corrosion-resistance and other com prehensive properties due to appropriate Mg and Si in it.%研究了5种铸造铝合金的铸造性能、力学性能及耐蚀性。5 种铸造铝合金分别为铝硅系的A(ZL101,Al-7.1%Si-0.3%Mg),铝镁系的B(Al-6.50%Mg -0.28%Ti)、C(Al-8.58%Mg-1.4%Zn-0.07%Ti)、D(ZL301,Al-10.0%Mg-0.09%Ti )及新近研制开发的低镁低硅铝合金E(Al-2.5%Si-2.1%Mg-0.8%Mn-0.2%Cr)。结果表 明,5种铝合金具有良好的力学性能。合金A铸造性能较好,耐蚀性差。合金B、C、D耐蚀性 好,但铸造性、抗应力腐蚀性能差。低镁低硅的铝合金E具有极好耐蚀性及其它综合性能。
