机掘工作面控除尘下流场特征与粉尘分布规律的数值模拟

         

摘要

The flow field distribution characteristics of the integrated dust-control and dust-removal systems were analyzed when they were operated, the flow field of the wall-attached jet area and the impact area was studied. The change of the maximum jet velocity along the X-axis direction of the wall-attached jet area and the maximum pressure produced by the jet in the impact area were obtained. A physical model for numerical simulation was established through GAMBIT and from the analysis with FLUENT, it came to the conclusions that the impact jet changed the distribution law of the dust concentration in the roadway, a separation area was formed and the dust separation efficiency at the pole M can be up to 75% ~80%;when the dust-control and dust-removal systems were operated at the same time, the dust suppression efficiency at the simulated driver of the heading machine can be up to 90% ~95% and the site experimental value was 97. 84%, the simulated result was near to the experimental one, this indicated that the numerical simulation method is reliable.%分析了控除尘系统工作时,机掘工作面流场分布特征,并对附壁射流区和冲击区的流场进行了解析,得出附壁射流区最大射流速度沿X轴方向的变化式及冲击区射流冲击巷道迎头时产生的最大压强。通过GAMBIT建立了数值模拟物理模型,在FLUENT中分析得到:冲击射流改变了巷道粉尘浓度分布规律,形成了一个隔离区,且极点M处的隔尘率最高可达75%~80%;当控除尘系统同时开启时,模拟掘进机司机处的降尘效率可达90%~95%,现场实验值为97.84%,模拟结果与实验值相近,说明数值模拟方法具有一定的可靠性。
