运载火箭热分离仿真参数化建模及动网格技术研究

         

摘要

According to the characteristics of the stage separation of a multi-stage rocket, a parametric modeling and dynamic meshing technology is introduced to simulate the separation process. Main design parametric variables are extracted, and based on which parametric meshing model is constructed. The model can adapt to design variables, and automatically modeling is realized. During the simulation, dynamic meshing technology is adopted, including smoothing and remeshing methods. Dynamic simulation is conducted and the result of which is analyzed.%针对多级火箭级间热分离过程的特点,提出了三维模型参数化建模及分离仿真过程中的动网格技术.通过提取级间分离模型的主要设计参数变量,在此基础上构建参数化网格模型,使得仿真模型能够适应设计变量变化,从而实现自动化快速建模,同时在仿真过程中采用弹簧近似光滑法和局部重新划分法的动网格技术,实现了动态分离过程仿真并对仿真结果进行了分析.
