基于Maxwell方程的电磁阀特性仿真研究

         

摘要

In this article, the structure and working principle of the solenoid valve are introduced. The simulating calculation about static and dynamic characteristics is carried out by using electromagnetic finite element Ansoft Maxwell. The calculation contributes to obtaining magnetic displacement, magnetic line distribution and suction characteristic curve in static magnetic field. The dynamic suction, coil current, armature displacement and armature movement rate of the electromagnet under rated operational conditions are obtained as well. Besides, the suction and response time of the electromagnet are simulated by changing the driving voltage, coil turn and working air gap, etc.. The results demonstrate the influence of these parameters on the solenoid valve's characteristic.%介绍某电磁阀的电磁铁的结构及其工作原理,利用电磁有限元软件Ansoft Maxwell对电磁铁的静特性和动特性进行仿真计算,得出磁感应强度、磁力线分布图和静磁场下的吸力特性曲线,以及电磁铁在额定工作状态下的动态吸力、线圈电流、衔铁位移和衔铁运动速度曲线.利用有限元软件的参数化计算功能,通过改变电磁铁的驱动电压、线圈匝数和主工作气隙等参数进行电磁铁的吸力和响应时间仿真,得出这些参数对电磁阀特性的影响.
