Improving the practice ability of students is an important subject of teaching reform for local undergraduate university, and the laboratory construction is the major content for reform of practice teaching system. Taking Xianyang Normal University as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the laboratory of software engineering, on this basis, presents some concrete construction measures from the aspects of open laboratory, multiform laboratory setting and network electronic classroom. The practice has proved that the above construction measures are effective.%提高学生的实践能力是地方本科院校教学改革的重要课题，实验室建设则是实践教学体系改革的重要内容。论文以咸阳师范学院为例，分析了软件工程专业实验室存在的主要问题，在此基础上，从开放实验室、多形式实验室设置和引入网络电子教室等方面提出了软件工程专业实验室建设的具体措施。实践证明以上建设措施是行之有效的。
