酸解盐析法提取黄秋葵中的果胶研究

         

摘要

Using okra seeds as raw material,the method of acidolysis-salt fractionation was employed to extract pectin and optimize the experiment conditions.Through the research on the five factors such as pH value,acidolysis temperature,heating time,the types of inorganic acid,the ratio of materials and water,the single factor was identified,and then the L9(34)orthogonal test was carried out to determine the optimum process conditions of the pH value,temperture,acidolysis time,the ratio of materials and water,and to determine the primary and secondary factors affecting pectin extraction yield.The experimental results showed that the optimal process conditions of okra pectin extraction were as followsthe pH value of 4,acidolysis temperature is 70℃,time of 110 minutes,the ratio of materials and water of 1:10.Under this conditions,the yield of pectin reached 29.10%.%以黄秋葵为原料,采用酸解盐析法提取其果胶,对提取条件进行优化。通过对无机酸类型、料液比、酸解pH值、酸解温度、加热酸解时间5个因素进行研究,先进行单因素确定,再通过L9(34)正交试验来确定pH值、酸解温度、酸解时间、料液比4个因素的最佳工艺条件和影响果胶提取率的主次因素。试验结果表明,黄秋葵果胶提取的最佳工艺条件:pH值为4,酸解温度为70℃,酸解时间为110 min,料液比为1:10,最优无机酸是硫酸,在此条件下,果胶的得率为29.10%。
