Objective:To study purification process of Yangxinshi Dripping Pills.Methods:Water extract of Yangxinshi Dripping Pills was purified by macroporous resin.Astragaloside IV was determined by HPLC-ELSD.Puerarin was determined by HPLC.Results:The optimal purification condition was determined,that is,macroporous adsorption JD-1(WLD),the proportion of resin and medicinal materials 1.5:1,adsorption velocity 0.1 L·min-1·kg-1,eluent of 70% ethanol,three times as many dosage of eluent for the dosage of resin.Conclusion:The optimized purification process has laid the foundation for Yangxinshi Dripping Pills production in large amounts.%目的:研究养心氏滴丸的纯化工艺.方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪甲苷的含量,采用HPLC法测定葛根素的含量,采用大孔树脂吸附的方法对养心氏滴丸水提液进行纯化.结果:确定了养心氏滴丸的纯化工艺,即采用JD-1(WLD)型大孔吸附树脂,树脂用量与药材量的比例为1.5:1,吸附流速为0.1 L·min-1·kg-1,洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱剂用量为树脂用量的3倍.结论:确定了养心氏滴丸纯化工艺的可行性,获得了纯化工艺参数,为大规模生产提供实验依据.
