Objective:To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate-soluble parts in the 70% aqueous ethanolic extract of the stems and leaf of Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic column on silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and MPLC.Their structures were elucidated by thin layer chromatographic analysis,spectroscopic evidence and compared with those in literatures.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate soluble part of the 70% aqueous ethanolic extract,whose structures were elucidated as linderagalactone D(1),syringic acid (2),loliolide (3),schizonepetin (4) 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (5),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (6),chlojaponilactone A (7),1R,8-dihydroxymenthol (8).Conclusion:Compounds 1、3-8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.%目的:研究广东紫珠Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun茎和叶的70%乙醇水提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分.方法:利用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、MPLC等柱色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据化合物的薄层色谱和波谱分析方法及文献资料查询来进行结构鉴定.结果:从广东紫珠乙酸乙酯溶性部位分离得到8个化合物,分别为:乌药倍半萜内酯D(1),丁香酸(2),黑麦草内酯(3),荆芥内酯(4),4-羟基苯甲酸(5),4-羟基苯甲醛(6),日本金粟兰内酯A(7),1R,8-二羟基薄荷醇(8).结论:化合物1、3~8为首次从该植物中分离得到.
