Objective:To investigate the decoloring effect of Bletilla striata polysaccharide extract by WH706-CLL resin,and establish the optimum process of decolorization.Methods:With extract concentration,temperature,pH value,flow rate as observation factors,the decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate were examined.Results:When the extract concentration was 1 mg · mL-1,the temperature was 50 ℃,the pH value was 6,and the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1,the decoloring rate of WH706-CLL resin reached 93.7％ and the polysaccharide retention rate was 87.3％.Conclusion:Under the conditions of setting process,the WH706-CLL resin has good effect on the decolorization of B.striata polysaccharide,and is suitable for the decolorization of B.striata polysaccharide.%目的:考察WH706-CLL树脂对白及多糖提取液的脱色效果,建立最佳脱色工艺.方法:以提取液浓度、温度、pH值、流速为观察因素,以脱色率、多糖保留率作为考察指标.结果:在提取液质量浓度为1 mg ·mL-1、温度为50℃、pH值为6、流速为1 mL ·min-1的条件下,WH706-CLL树脂对白及多糖的脱色率为93.7％,多糖保留率为87.3％.结论:在设定工艺条件下WH706-CLL树脂对白及多糖的脱色效果良好,适用于白及多糖的脱色.
