“MOOCs共同体”建设是我国成人高校适应急剧发展的社会与高等教育变革，对自身教育转变的重要的实践探索。中国成人教育协会教育教学改革专业委员会以会员单位为基础成立共同体，建设目标是打造全国性成人教育MOOCs平台，转变成人高等教育培养模式，促进终身学习社会。“MOOCs共同体”建设行动的核心问题是组织架构、平台支持、课程建设、教师培训、学分认定。目前，清华大学教育技术研究所和国家开放大学负责平台建设，由北京、天津、上海三地独立成人高校提供上线课程，未来将通过国家学分银行试点学分认证。“MOOCs共同体”首批建设课程于2014年11月上线，更多的精品课程和特色课程正在建设中。从国内外MOOC建设经验和我国成人高等教育发展来看，“MOOCs共同体”建设行动方向应重点加强教师在线教育培训，探索不同类型学习成果认证、积累与转换的“立交桥”，创新高效运转的运营模式，积极扩大“MOOCs共同体”的规模和影响。%Building up a"MOOCs Community"is the answer given by China's adult higher education to the dramatic social and educational reforms, which is a significant exploration of education transformation. Through the community based on its member units, China Adult Education Association Professional Committee of Education and Teaching Reform aims at building up a nationwide MOOCs platform to transform the training model of adult higher education and to promote a life-long learning society. The core issues in the constructive actions of "MOOCs Community" are: structure organization, platform support, course construction, teachers training, and credits recognition. At present, Tsinghua University Education Technology Institute and the Open University of China are responsible for constructing the platform, with independent adult higher education institutions in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai providing online courses whose credits are to be recognized by credit bank system on a trial basis. The first batch of courses of "MOOCs Community" was put online in November 2014, with more courses on the way. Considering experiences in MOOCs within and without and China's experience in developing adult education, to extend its scale and influence, the driving directions for"MOOCs Community"should be online training courses for teachers, recognition of various learning achievements, "overpass" for accumulation and transformation, and innovative and efficient operational models.
