跨学科背景下行政管理专业人才的培养模式研究

         

摘要

当前行政管理专业人才培养模式的培养目标模糊,缺乏人文素养;教学内容陈旧,与相关学科割裂;教学方法以灌输为主,缺乏人文关怀;师资队伍的学科知识结构单一,滞后于专业发展。因此,应确立适应社会,专一多能,使学生具备专业基础理论、终身学习能力,较强的协调、沟通与合作能力,以及创新思维和公共危机处理能力的培养目标。在教学内容上,追踪学科前沿,增加跨学科和应用性课程设置,及时更新教学内容;在教学方法上,坚持教学与科研并举,推动案例教学模式改革。要优化行政管理专业复合型教师人才队伍,培养“双师型”教师。根据社会需求,结合本校教学资源和师资结构,改造落后的教学课程体系,增设跨学科耦合课程,改革行政管理专业课程体系,加强行政管理专业教材建设。%The current goal of training the talents of administrative management specialty is fuzzy, it is lack of hu-manism, its teaching content and relevant disciplines are fragmented, its teaching methods based on infusion are lack of humanistic care, and teacher’s subject knowledge structure is single and lag in professional development. We should establish the goal which contains adapting to the society, specificity and pluripotency, specialized basic theory, lifelong study ability, strong coordination, communication and cooperation ability, innovation thought and the public crisis processing ability. On the teaching content, it should track the subject front, increase the interdis-ciplinary and applied curriculum and update the teaching content in a timely manner. On the teaching methods, it should adhere to the teaching and scientific research, push the case teaching mode reform, optimize the adminis-trative management professional teachers talents team, and construct instructor-engineer teachers. According to the needs of society and combining the teaching resources and the teaching structure, we should transfer the old curriculum system, increase interdisciplinary coupling course, reform manager professional curriculum system and strengthen the construction of professional teaching administration.
