赋权视角下的技术变革学习——美国国家教育技术计划2017更新版之'学习'部分述评

         

摘要

In January 2017, the American national education technology plan changed its convention of four-yearly renewal, collected the latest achievements of technology revolutionizing learning in the past year, and published the document of Reimagining the Role of Techonlogy in Education:2017 National Education Technology Plan Update. Among it, the "learning" section was the focus of this plan, and its key was empowerment, and technology provided the possibility to realize the real learning. Based on this, this paper interpreted the technology empowering learning from the five aspects of goal, content, action, fairness and future. Further, the connotation of learning and empowering, the relationship between the two were examined, and the enlightenment of technology empowering learning to the development of our country's education informatization was analyzed, expecting to promot the education equity in our country and the development of individualized learning.%2017年1月,美国国家教育技术计划一改四年更新一次的惯例,汇集技术促进学习变革中一年的最新成果,发布了《重新思考技术在教育中的角色:2017年国家教育技术计划更新》文件.其中,"学习"部分是该计划的重点,其关键在于赋权,而技术为实现真正意义上的学习提供了可能.基于此,文章从目标、内容、行动、公平、未来等五个方面对技术赋权学习进行了解读,认真审视学习、赋权的内涵及两者之间的关系,并分析了技术赋权学习对我国教育信息化发展的启示,以期推动我国的教育公平,促进个性化学习的发展.
