基于Proteus的高性能共源放大电路的设计

         

摘要

The experiment of the common-emitter amplifying circuit(CEAC)has two problems:the overlarge input resis-tance may affect on the quiescent operating point and causes the distortion of the output waveform,the small output resistance may decrease the voltage gain. In order to solve the two problems,a high-performance common-source amplifying circuit (CSAC) is proposed,which has the larger input resistance and smaller output resistance. On the basis of the theory analysis, the dynamic characteristics of the CEAC and CSAC are analyzed by means of the Proteus virtual experiment design environ-ment,including the voltage gain,input resistance and output resistance. The test results show that the whole performance of CSAC is much better than that of CEAC,and the CSAC has high performance.%在共射放大电路的实验中存在两个问题:输入电阻过大会影响静态工作点,进而会导致输出波形失真;输出电阻过小就会导致放大倍数的降低.针对这两个问题,提出一种高性能的共源放大电路,在输入电阻较大的同时又能满足输出电阻较小.在结合理论分析的基础上,借助Proteus虚拟实验设计环境分析了共射放大和共源放大电路的动态特性,即放大倍数、输入电阻和输出电阻.测试结果表明,共源放大电路在整体性能上要远优于共射放大电路,是一种高性能的共源放大电路.
