基于物联网概念下的自助快递取件控制系统设计

         

摘要

The traditional express delivery pick-up control system based on region division has the disadvantages of low ex-press delivery pick-up efficiency and high deviation of information inquiry. Therefore,a self-help express delivery pick-up sys-tem based on the concept of Internet of Things(IoT)was designed for the users including customers,customer service centers and couriers. The process of system users realizing self-help express delivery pick-up control is analyzed. Based on the informa-tion such as courier location and express delivery order collected by the system server via IoT,express delivery pick-up service is appointed to the nearest courier to improve the express delivery pick-up efficiency. The functional module design of the system is described. The front-end function and back-end function of the IoT Web side,and functional structure and service process of handheld components are analyzed. Experimental results indicate that the designed system has high efficiency and precision for information retrieval,and has high self-help express delivery pick-up efficiency.%针对传统基于按区域划分模式的快递取件控制系统存在快递取件业务效率降低,信息查询偏差高等缺陷,设计基于物联网概念的自助快递取件系统,其用户为客户、客服中心和快递员,分析了系统用户实现自助快递取件控制的业务流程.系统通过物联网采集服务端存储的快递员位置以及快递订单等信息,就近安排快递取件业务,提高快递取件业务的效率.给出系统的功能模块设计内容,对其中的物联网Web端前台功能、物联网Web端后台功能以及手持部件功能的结构和业务流程进行了分析.实验结果说明,所设计系统具有较高的信息检索效率和精度,进行自助快递取件效率高.
