随着中国进入老龄化社会，老人医疗和疾病突发率高等问题变得空前严峻。同时，物联网技术的飞速发展为解决老人医疗问题带来了便利。将智能家居和老人医疗相结合，首先介绍了智能家居系统在当代生活中应用；接着详细地分析了智能家居在老人医疗中的作用，并提出了智能家居医疗和远程医疗两种服务；最后指出了智能家居在老人医疗中面临的三大挑战。%As China has entered the aging society,issues such as the elder′s medical problem and the high rate of disease outbreaks become unprecedentedly severe. At the same time,the rapid development of IOT technology brings a convenient way to solve the elders′ health care. In this paper,Smart Home is combined with the elders′ health care. The application of the smart home system(SHS)in contemporary life is proposed. The role of smart home in elders′ health care is analyzed in detail. Two services⁃smart medical home and tele medicine are introduced. Three major challenges which are faced with the elders′health care are pointed out.
