WiFi无线技术在风电机组状态监测系统中的应用

         

摘要

风力发电场一般位于丘陵、沿海及岛屿等比较偏僻的地方,风力发电机之间相距又较远,采用有线传输不仅网络布局走线工作相当复杂,而且设备维修和保养需要花费大量的人力物力。因此,在风电机组状态监测和故障诊断系统中采用无线传输成为一种可行的方法。根据风电机组的状态监测要求,提出一种远距离、高速率、低成本的风电机组无线传输方式,主要阐述了监测系统的硬件组成和软件数据库设计方法。系统具有稳定性好、传输速率快等优点,提高了监测系统运行的实时性和有效性。%Abstrsct:Wind power plants generally locate in relatively remote places,like hills,coastal areas and islands,in which wind driven generators are apart far from each other. The use of wire transmission makes network layout and route complex, which also needs to spend plenty of manpower and material resources on equipment maintenance and upkeep. As a result,wire⁃less transmission becomes a feasible method in status detection and fault diagnosis system for wind driven generator. According to condition monitoring requirements of the wind generator,a high rate and low cost wireless transmission mode for wind genera⁃tors is presented in this paper. The hardware composition and design of software database for the monitoring system are elaborated. High stability and fast transmission rate improve instantaneity and validity of the monitoring system.
