Taking the city component datas as a research object,the key technologies in design and implementation of the ArcEngine⁃based digital city parts information management system are researched based on the analysis of ArcEngine component technique,in which the view synchronization technology,layer control technology,data query technology and spatial analysis technology are contained. With .NET as a development environment,a set of digital city component information management sys⁃tem based on the ArcEngine component library was developed with C# language. The users′ management for attribute data and spatial data of city parts was realized.% 以某城市部件数据为对象，在分析ArcEngine组件技术基础上，研究了基于ArcEngine的数字化城市部件信息管理系统设计与实现中的关键技术，其中包括视图同步技术、图层控制技术、数据查询技术、空间分析等技术。以.NET为开发环境，采用C#语言开发了一套基于ArcEngine组件库的数字化城市部件信息管理系统，实现了用户对城市部件属性数据和空间数据的管理。
