大尺寸视觉测量系统结构参数分析与试验研究

         

摘要

研究了基于大尺寸视觉测量系统的结构参数优化问题,图像传感器CCD外部姿态的优化布局可以提高测量精度。建立双目视觉测量系统结构的数学模型,对有效视场约束条件进行了数学描述。利用Matlab软件对不同结构参数进行仿真计算,结果表明被测点越靠近有效视场中心测量误差越小,而基线距越大以及基线与光轴夹角越大所产生的误差越大。最后,通过试验验证了摄像机外部姿态的误差影响特征正确性,从而为双目视觉测量系统的现场布置方法提供了依据。%The optimization of structural parameters for large-scale vision measuring system was investigated to find out the optimal layout of image sensor CCD external attitude,which can improve the accuracy of vision measurement. A mathematical model was established for the structural parameters of binocular vision measuring system. The mathematical description of con-straint conditions for the effective field was conducted. The parameters of different structures were calculated with Matlab simulat-ing software. The results show that the closer the measured point is to the effective FOV center,the less the measurement error becomes;the more the base line distance and the included angle between base line and optic axis increase,the more the mea-surement error is. The rationality of parameter optimization methods to set camera external attitude was verified by experiment.
