The selsyn rudder angle indicators are widely used in most maritime police ships, which have many disadvantages of large volume and mass, complicated transmission system. low precision in indicating rudder angle and so on. In order to solve those problems mentioned above, a method for indicating the rudder angle is presented in this paper, and then a new electric rudder angle indicator system based on single chip microcomputer is designed. The experiment results show that the method is reliable, the electric rudder angle indicator has the characteristics of reasonable structure, high indication precision, sensitive response, and at the same time the proposed sound and light alarm system is accurate and prompt. Finally, the research results show that the new electric rudder angle indicator has a high value of application and popularization.%现有海警舰艇的舵角指示技术多采用自整角机舵角指示系统,此类舵角指示装置不仅体积质量大,传动机构复杂,而且指示精准度也不高.针对上述不足,提出一种电子舵角指示方法,设计了基于单片机的新型舵角指示系统.实验研究结果表明,该电子舵角指示仪方法可靠,舵角指示系统结构合理、指示精度高、响应灵敏,且设计的声光报警系统报警准确、及时.在海警舰艇、公务用船及其他民用船只上有很大的推广应用价值.
