低成本可编程脉冲计数器设计

         

摘要

为了达到低频脉冲计数器的多功能化、小型化、模块化的目的,通过对单片机程序的优化,减少了对其他外部芯片的依赖,加入了在线编程下载电路,确保了主控芯片的可升级性,降低了成本.使用LED数码显示管构建显示模块,采用了高效的算法计算脉冲数,实际低频信号测试精度达到0.02%,确保了系统的测频精度.%In order to achieve the multifunction, miniaturization and modularization of low frequency pulse counter, the dependence from other external chips was reduced in the main control system by optimizing the MCU program, the scalability of the main control chip was got by adding an online programming download circuit. The measures also reduced the system cost. The digital tube was used in construction of display module. By using efficient algorithms was adopted to calculate the number of pulses. The main control system signal frequency accuracy reached 0. 01%. It ensures the accuracy of frequency measurement.
