By analyzing limitations of the available automation and intellectualization of internet message processing, the obstacles of internet machine translation in processing the languages in real context are pointed out.The semantic web technique is introduced into machine translation for the first time to replace the conventional transformational generative grammar system.The aim is to intellectually evaluate the data stored in the cyberspace with intellectual proxy nethod.Thus, more precise results of internet machine translation are achieved and the techniques of machine translation are further developed.%通过分析当前互联网上信息处理的自动化、智能化程度的局限性,指出网络机器翻译系统在处理真实语言情境时的障碍,在机器翻译领域第一次提出引入信息处理的语义网技术,替换传统的网络机器翻译系统处理信息的转换生成语法体系,目的是通过语义网技术智能代理的方法让计算机对网络空间所储存的数据进行智能化评估,从而使机器翻译的结果更加准确,进一步推动了机器翻译技术的发展.
