A method of intelligent sensor linearization correction based on rational B-spline is proposed.B-spline function has good smoothness and approximation.Even more, the uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) introduces weight factors and non-uniformity of function nodes , so that the impact of each control point on the curve is more flexible, and it's easier for connection and smoothness.Therefore, the NURBS ensures modeling accuracy and is suitable for sensor modeling linearization.The way of sensor linearization based on NURBS is described in detail.The actual sensor input and output data are used for the experiment.Theoretical and experimental results show that the proposed method has advantages of simple calculation and high accuracy compared with neural network.%提出一种基于有理B样条函数的传感器线性化方法.B样条函数具有良好的光滑性及逼近性,而非均匀有理B样条进一步引入权因子以及函数节点的非均匀化,使得每个控制点对整个曲线的影响更加灵活,曲线的连接、光滑更容易实现.因此,非均匀有理B样条能够保证建模精度,适用于传感器建模以实现线性化.详细介绍了基于非均匀有理B样条的传感器线性化方法,利用实际传感器输入/输出数据进行了实验研究,并与神经网络方法做了比对.理论和实验结果表明提出的方法在传感器的线性化应用中具有计算简便,校正精度高的优点.
