Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Bailing capsule combined with Shah Mette Lo/fluticasone propi-onate inhalation in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 150 patients with bronchial asthma were selected and randomly divided into observer group (76 cases) and control group (74 cases), all cases were given conventional treatment, based on which control group was applied with Shah Mette Lo/fluticasone propionate inhalation, and Bailing capsule was added to observer group based on control group, 60 days for course.After 2 courses of treatment, the pulmonary function, arterial blood gas and clinical effect of 2 groups were compared.Results After 2 courses of treatment, FEV1 of observer and control group were(1.68 ±0.34) and (1.50 ±0.31) L,FEV1% were (75.6 ±10.9)% and (70.3 ±9.6)%,FEV1/FVC were (78.2 ±8.3)%and (74.6 ±7.8)%, PEF were (4.20 ±1.07) and (3.85 ±0.96) L/min, p( O2) were (78.0 ±7.9) and (74.1 ±7.4) mmHg, while p(CO 2) were (36.9 ±4.7) and (39.3 ±4.8) mmHg, IL-4 were (38.3 ±8.8) and (43.4 ±9.0) μg/mL, IL-6 were (35.6 ±10.1) and (45.0 ±13.2) pg/mL, TNF-αwere (47.2 ±17.1) and (64.4 ± 18.5) pg/mL respectively.There were significant differences in all indexes above between both groups (P<0.05).The symptom scores after treatment of observer group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions such as dry mouth , hoarseness between 2groups ( all P>0.05) .Conclusion Bailing capsule can reduce asthma inflammatory reaction and airway hyperresponsiveness , com-bined with Shah Mette Lo/fluticasone propionate inhalation can further improve the pulmonary ventilation and oxygenation, and improve clinical efficacy.%目的：观察百令胶囊联合沙美特罗／丙酸氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将150例支气管哮喘患者随机分为2组，在常规治疗基础上，对照组74例予沙美特罗／丙酸氟替卡松吸入剂治疗，观察组76例在对照组治疗基础上服用百令胶囊，2组均以60 d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后观察2组肺功能、动脉血气指标改善情况及临床疗效。结果治疗2个疗程后，观察组第1秒用力呼气量（ FEV1）、第1秒用力呼气量占用力呼气肺活量百分比（ FEV1／FVC）、第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比（ FEV1％）、最大呼气流速峰值（PEF）、氧分压[p（O2）]均高于对照组（P均＜0．01），而二氧化碳分压[p（CO2）]、白细胞介素－4（IL－4）、IL－6、肿瘤坏死因子－α（TNF－α）和中医证候积分均明显低于对照组（P均＜0.01）；2组总有效率及口干、声音嘶哑等不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义。结论百令胶囊联合沙美特罗／丙酸氟替卡松吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘，可明显减轻患者炎性反应与气道高反应性，改善肺通气与氧合功能，提高临床疗效。
